Series 1 Engcon tiltrotators

Your first step into the world of tiltrotators, with core functions such as tilt and rotation. The simple and smart choice.

Series 1 are easy tiltrotators designed for the smallest and most compact excavators on the market, up to six tonnes. With unlimited rotation and a tilt angle up to ±45°, Series 1 ensures optimal control in any terrain or working conditions.

This model is ideal for operators who prefer simplicity, as it does not require an advanced control system. Series 1 works directly with the excavator’s own hydraulic system, making installation and operation straightforward and efficient.

Series 1 comes equipped with a mechanical quick hitch and supports both direct mounting and sandwich solutions. It offers essential functionality for those new to tiltrotator technology, reducing the need for machine repositioning while increasing precision.

For machines weighing 1.5–6 metric tons.

Profitability

Working with a tiltrotator saves time, cuts the fuel consumption, reduces the need for manpower and machine wear, and the precision of the manoeuvres makes you waste less material.

Safety

A tiltrotator also increases safety around the machine due to its high manoeuvrability and low space requirements. It significantly reduces the need for manual work, for instance the use of shovels and rakes.

Flexibility

The tiltrotator easily tilts and rotates attachments as required, regardless of the machine’s position. In addition to ordinary buckets, the machine can also be fitted with many different tools and replace several other machines at the same work site.

Environment

The reduced need to move the machine around means greatly reduced environmental impact by cutting fuel consumption and at the same time less damage to the ground. Since you can dig around obstacles and in narrow spaces, there’s less need to move obstructing objects.

Comfort

With a tiltrotator and EC-Oil system, the operator retains control and comfort in the working environment without leaving the cabin to attach hydraulic tools, which also increases safety.
